Comments: When I phoned mr. Maloney to schedule an estimate for our project he promptly returned my call and made an appointment within 2 days. He arrived at the scheduled time and was friendly, professional and highly knowledgeable. Mr. Maloney informed me he's a master carpenter so I knew I'd be in great hands. I needed him to match new flooring to existing flooring in the kitchen and the job was performed flawlessly! He and his two assistants installed the flooring with care and attention to detail. There was no residual dust from the installation and they neatly cleaned up at the end of the day. The finished product far exceeded our expectations and made a tremendous difference in the house! It was a seamless transition from the kitchen into the great room.Replacing wall-to-wall carpeting with this beautifully finished hardwood floor brightened the whole house and has certainly added value to the home. The money we spent was well worth it for the outstanding transformation, and Mr. Maloney and his team are just the kind of people you feel comfortable having in your home, knowing that they take exceptional pride in their work. Hiring them was one of the best home-improvement decisions we've ever made.Don't even bother calling anyone elseâ ¦ Just call Brian!

Comments: We love Brian and his crew! This was the last project in totally rehabbing our apartment and finishing with such a positive experience was a treat. We live in a Coop with many rules and restrictions; parking, elevator, equipment, hours, etc. Brian and his crew adhered to each rule explicitly with complaints. The Maloney crew completed the job two days sooner than their estimate. They used 11 bags of levelers and moved large furniture and left our apartment clean and tidy each day. If you want a job done effectively, efficiently, and timely, call Brian!

Comments: I am pleased to be able to recommend Brian Maloney. I had contracted him to move furniture and pull up the carpet in my living room and refinish that floor and the existing hardwood floors in the kitchen and dining room. I also had him replace all the baseboards in the living room and hall. The floors look wonderful! Dust was minimal because they enclosed all the areas in plastic. Brian, along with Chris and Pat showed up on time, cleaned up and were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them.

Comments: Hiring Maloney Hardwood Floors was a fantastic decision. Brian and staff refinished our 1942 white oak floors, and they couldn't look better. Brian offered sound advice and suggestions on how to best achieve the look we wanted. After stripping 70 years of wear and grime, Brian chose the perfect shade of stain to take our white oak, to a rich dark "espresso" color, topped in a fabulously durable polyurethane. Everyone asks if we actually had NEW floors installed. What a difference this has made in our home. We could not be happier with the service, the process and the result!
